Identify the exact product
Share a product code or clear sample details when you have them. Similar color names can describe different thicknesses, sizes and construction.
If you are matching an existing floor, ask about production lot and shade variation. A sample or a familiar name cannot guarantee an exact match.
Confirm quantities with your installer
Ask your installer to approve the order quantity, cutting allowance and required accessories before you buy. Carton coverage and pack quantities affect the final order.
Include the matching trim, transitions and any approved installation materials. Confirm who is responsible if a chosen product is unsuitable for the substrate.
Check the purchase terms before payment
Ask the supplier about current availability, lead time, collection or delivery, and handling of damaged goods. This site does not display live inventory or accept checkout payments.
Get return, restocking and special order terms in writing. Ask about unopened cartons and inspect product information before the installer starts.
Keep supply and labor responsibilities clear
A materials purchase does not automatically include measurement, installation or a workmanship warranty. Agree those responsibilities separately with your installer.
